Generally, we try to make the best and accurate photos for your convenience. If there is any reason that you want to return the specimen. please contact us within 10 days after receiving the parcel. We will refund the cost of the specimen less postage, after receiving back the specimen in original condition. We charge the exact postage cost, no additonal handling fees.
